These Terms & Conditions set out the conditions for using the services provided by Újhold Jóga.

2. Scope and subject of the Terms

These Terms apply to the yoga classes, shiatsu treatments, one-on-one yoga therapy, and related workshops and events provided by Újhold Jóga.

By using the service you accept these Terms.

3. Booking and attendance

Classes and treatments require a booking, which you can make on the website, by email or by phone.

Before your first visit, please arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in calmly.

4. Prices and payment

Current prices are available on the Prices & Schedule page of the website. Prices are stated in Hungarian forints.

Payment is made on site or by a previously agreed method.

5. Cancellation and no-shows

You may cancel a booked appointment up to the agreed time. We will inform you of the exact cancellation conditions when booking.

Pre-paid sessions that are not cancelled may be used or credited according to the conditions.

6. Health information and responsibility

Yoga and shiatsu do not replace medical treatment and do not constitute a medical service.

Before a class or treatment, please let us know of any health complaints, injuries, chronic conditions or pregnancy. You take part in the practice and treatment at your own responsibility, to the extent appropriate to your condition.

7. Limitation of liability

The provider does everything to ensure a safe and calm environment, but does not accept liability for injuries or damages arising from the participant's own fault, failure to disclose information, or concealment of their state of health.

8. Complaints

You can raise any complaint via the contact details above; we will aim to resolve it as soon as possible and fairly.

9. Final provisions

The provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. The version in force at any time is available on the website.

Matters not regulated in these Terms are governed by Hungarian law, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code.
